Customer Success Operations Coordinator

📋 Description

• Support execution, admin, and improvement of CS systems and programs.
• Own operational workflows to scale CS and manage platforms like ChurnZero.
• Identify automation opportunities using Power Automate and AI.
• Partner with CS, Sales, Support, and Ops to improve data integrity.
• Translate business requirements into scalable processes.
• Maintain documentation, playbooks, and SOPs.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in operations, customer success, or systems coordination.
• Experience with Customer Success or CRM platforms (ChurnZero required).
• Familiarity with automation tools (Power Automate, Outreach, Zapier).
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
