• Serve as the primary strategic partner for mid-market customers, leading value realization
• Build strong, multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders through consistent communication
• Drive platform adoption and usage by analyzing customer engagement data, identifying risk and

• Collaborate with Implementation and Services teams to ensure successful onboarding, adoption ramp

• Experience in customer success, account management, or related client-facing role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to analyze customer engagement data and drive platform adoption
• Knowledge of influencer marketing strategy and platforms
• Experience conducting business reviews and success planning
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with implementation, services, and product support teams
