📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, personalized customer support to users within the Bronze VIP segment
• Handle requests and assignments from the Retention team, supporting customer engagement and loyalty
• Promote platform activities and campaigns, including tournaments, lotteries, quests, and other
• Conduct interviews and conversations with Bronze VIP customers to collect feedback, understand
• Increase customer satisfaction through proactive communication, personalized assistance, and
• Identify opportunities to convert Bronze VIP users into higher-tier VIP customers by presenting

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate confidently
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with customers
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management abilities.
• Experience handling customer objections and resolving concerns while maintaining a positive
• Ability to engage customers, generate interest in additional products and services, and effectively
• A customer-oriented mindset, with a genuine interest in understanding customer needs and improving
