Customer Success Team Lead (Implementation)

📋 Description

• Manage and lead a team of implementation CSMs, including hiring, training, and coaching
• Conduct ongoing mentorship and weekly 1:1s, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment
• Oversee multiple implementation projects simultaneously, serving as technical focal point
• Oversee team project plans, timelines, and scoped hours
• Review and approve implementation handoff to live process

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience and/or 1+ years of experience at Datarails in a customer-facing role
• Ability to operate independently and work with management to improve organization operations
• History of building and maintaining strong collegial relationships, knowledge-sharing, and
• Strong communication skills, comfortable navigating difficult conversations
• Strong customer skills, prepared to serve as escalation point
• In-depth understanding of Datarails' products, sales, and processes
