Customer Supply Chain Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end supply chain for a key Retail or Digital channel.
• Lead CPFR, manage in-stocks, OTIF, and chargeback mitigation.
• Own store-level operations, warehousing, and retailer chargebacks.
• Develop reporting and scorecards linked to KPIs.
• Lead IBP with Demand Planning for accurate inputs on sales and changes.
• Manage third-party brokers to meet channel requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in retail ops, supply chain, or related roles.
• Detail-oriented with strong collaboration and relationship skills.
• Knowledge of forecasting, replenishment, inventory, and distribution processes.
• Strong Excel skills; ability to derive insights from data.
• Experience with AI tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Project management and cross-functional leadership ability.
