Customer Supply Chain Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end supply chain for a key Retail or Digital channel
• Lead CPFR, forecast and replenishment with cross-functional partners
• Ensure in-stock and OTIF; oversee store-level ops and chargebacks
• Build reporting and scorecards tied to operations KPIs
• Identify gaps and create strategic roadmaps to improve practices
• Own end-to-end distribution logistics and on-time fulfillment

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in retail ops, supply chain or customer supply chain
• Detail-oriented, highly collaborative with strong relationships
• Knowledge of forecasting, replenishment, store ops, inventory, distribution
• Excel and AI tools proficiency; data-driven decision making
• Strong project management and communication; cross-functional leadership
• Ability to translate goals into operational actions
