Conduct as the trainer for Intuitive Surgical System training programs to surgical teams and care
Develop competency in: da Vinci® System Technology, da Vinci® System applications and advanced
Support one or more marketing verticals by specialty to conduct advanced training for surgical
Conduct surveys to gather data and measure program effectiveness
Act as subject matter expert for internal projects, as needed: New product development, Training
Facilitate and support internal/external training events, marketing events, society events, VIP

🎯 Requirements

At least 3 years of experience. Professional Training experience
Proven experience training on complex topics and/or technology
Clinical and/or operating room experience preferred
Medical-device experience preferred
Knowledge of adult learning principles preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills - Mandarin plus English
