  • Data fluent: pull and present support data; spot trends vs noise
  • Proficient in product lifecycle: PRDs, sprints, launch readiness, post-launch monitoring
  • Strong cross-functional PM: coordinate PMs, engineers, trainers, QA, BPO
  • AI/chatbot workflows experience; strong plus
