📋 Description

  • Be main contact for users/partners; deliver outstanding service via email, chat, and phone.

    🎯 Requirements

    • Experience in Customer Service or Account Management.
    • Proficiency in French and English (written and verbal).
    • Excellent communicator who sets high standards.
    • Experience with CRMs like Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot or SAP.
    • Team player who builds relationships and resolves conflicts.
    • Detail-oriented and able to stay focused on repetitive tasks.
