📋 Description

  • Main contact for users and partners; provide outstanding service via email, chat and phone.
  • Answer questions via social media tools (Facebook, App Store, Play Store, Google Reviews).
  • Handle priority situations with care; contact users and stores proactively.
  • Help build/implement processes to promote sustainable lifestyle with Too Good To Go.
  • Be a brand ambassador in all communications; encourage sustainable behaviour.
  • Communicate in French and English; use translation tools when needed.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Service or Account Management.
  • Full written and verbal proficiency in French and English.
  • A strong communicator who can set high standards.
  • Experience with CRMs like Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot or SAP.
  • A team player who loves helping others and resolving conflicts with users/partners.
  • Detail-oriented; able to stay focused through repetitive tasks.
