📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Service or Account Management
  • Proficiency in French and English (written and verbal)
  • A first-class, inspiring communicator
  • Experience with CRMs: Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot or SAP
  • Detail-oriented; able to stay focused through repetitive tasks
  • Experience in a marketplace, big platform, or food industry is a bonus
