📋 Description

  • Main contact for users and partners; deliver outstanding service by email, chat, and phone.
  • Respond to inquiries on social tools (Facebook, App/Play Stores, Google Reviews).
  • Handle priority issues with care; proactively reach out to users and stores.
  • Help create processes to encourage sustainable lifestyle adoption.
  • Be a brand ambassador in all customer communications.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Service or Account Management
  • Fluent in French, Italian and English
  • Strong communicator who can set high standards
  • Experience with CRMs Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot or SAP
  • Team player who helps others and resolves conflicts
  • Detail-oriented; able to handle repetitive tasks
