📋 Description

  • Main contact for users/partners; email/chat/phone support
  • Respond to questions on social media (Facebook, App Store, Google Play)
  • Handle priority cases with care; proactively contact users and stores
  • Help develop processes to promote sustainable lifestyle with Too Good To Go
  • Act as a brand ambassador and promote sustainable behaviour
  • Understand and communicate customer needs to internal teams (local/global)

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or account management
  • Proficiency in French, Italian & English
  • Excellent communicator; high standards
  • Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot or SAP
  • Team player who builds positive relationships
  • Detail-oriented; able to stay focused on repetitive tasks
