CX Specialist (German & English) – Saturday to Wednesday

📋 Description

• Main point of contact for users and partners, delivering great service
• Respond to inquiries via email, chat and phone
• Handle social media inquiries (Facebook, App/Play, Google Reviews)
• Proactively contact users and stores when needed
• Help build processes to promote sustainable living
• Be a brand ambassador in all customer communications
• Translate needs to internal teams across regions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Customer Service or Account Management
• German and English proficiency, written and verbal
• CRM experience: Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot or SAP
• Strong communicator and team player
• Detail-oriented with repetitive tasks
• Bonus: marketplace or food industry experience
