📋 Description

  • Main point of contact for users/partners; deliver service via email, chat, and phone.
  • Answer questions via social tools (Facebook, App Store, Play Store, Google Reviews).
  • Handle priority situations with care; proactively contact users and stores.
  • Help build processes to empower partners and consumers to adopt sustainable living.
  • Brand ambassador in all communications; promote sustainable behaviour.
  • Understand and communicate customers' needs to internal teams globally.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Service or Account Management.
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken) to communicate with users.
  • A first-class, inspiring communicator who sets the bar high.
  • Experience with CRMs like Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot or SAP.
  • Team player who helps others and resolves conflicts with users and partners.
  • Detail-oriented; able to stay focused through repetitive tasks.
  • Experience in marketplaces, large platforms, or the Food Industry is a bonus.
