CX Specialist (German & English) – Saturday to Wednesday

📋 Description

• Be the main contact for users and partners via email, chat and phone
• Answer inquiries through social media tools (Facebook, App Store, Play Store, Google Reviews)
• Handle priority situations with high care and proactive outreach
• Help build processes to encourage sustainable lifestyle adoption
• Be a brand ambassador in all customer communications
• Communicate needs to internal teams locally and globally

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Customer Service or Account Management
• Full written and verbal proficiency in German and English
• A first-class communicator who sets the bar high
• Experience with CRMs like Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot or SAP
• A team player who loves helping others and building relationships
• Detail-oriented and able to stay focused through repetitive tasks
