📋 Description

• Main contact for users and partners; deliver outstanding customer service
• Answer inquiries via email, chat and phone
• Handle priority situations with care; proactively reach out when needed
• Help build processes to encourage sustainable behavior using Too Good To Go
• Be a brand ambassador in all customer communications
• Share customer needs with internal teams locally and globally

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Customer Service or Account Management
• Proficient in Italian and English (written and spoken)
• Based in Ontario, Canada
• Strong communicator with high standards
• Experience with CRMs like Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot or SAP
• Team player who builds relationships and resolves conflicts
• Detail-oriented and able to stay focused on repetitive tasks
• Marketplace or food industry experience is a bonus
