• Own end-to-end hypothesis-driven analyses from framing to recommendation.

🎯 Requirements

• Hypothesis-driven analysis, experimental design, and statistical interpretation.
• Experience partnering with business/product on ambiguous, real initiatives.
• Comfort with SQL and a governed data layer (dbt, Databricks) for self-serve.
• Builder\'s instinct: document reasoning and findings to persist insights.
• Strong communication to translate analysis into clear action for all audiences.
• Fintech, lending, or financial services experience is highly regarded.
