Partner with Stripe teams to deliver data models and insights.
Design, build, and own scalable data infrastructure for analytics.
Translate business needs into reliable data models and end-to-end pipelines.
Architect data layer enabling self-service analytics and decisions.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in Data Eng, Analytics Eng, BI Eng, or related role
SQL proficiencies incl. complex queries and data modeling
Python for data pipeline development, not just scripting
Experience with distributed data frameworks like Spark
Experience with workflow tools (Airflow, Flyte, or equivalent)
Design, implement, and maintain production-grade data pipelines
Understand dev practices: standards, reviews, testing
Clear communicator; drive impact with cross-functional teams
Experience owning production data products with quality and docs
