Data Analyst I (SB)

📋 Description

• Provide direct user guidance and technical assistance for the NHSN Dialysis Event module
• Conduct outreach, education, consultation, and support for dialysis providers, quality improvement
• Analyze daily system functions, identify data-quality issues, and contribute to system
• Develop and manage data validation projects to evaluate and improve surveillance data quality
• Update surveillance forms, instructions, protocols, training materials, and educational resources
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to improve the usability of surveillance data for infection

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Public Health, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience conducting public health data analysis
• Proficiency with SAS, R, Python, or similar statistical software
• Knowledge of data management systems and applications
• Understanding of public health research and evaluation principles
• Knowledge of program development, monitoring, and evaluation procedures
