Data & Analytics Engagement Analyst – Commercial Pharma

📋 Description

• Analyze brand, market, HCP, territory, and patient performance to identify meaningful trends
• Develop actionable insights from prescription, sales, claims, specialty pharmacy, and CRM data.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI frameworks to support commercial
• Partner with Brand, Marketing, Sales, Field Leadership, and Commercial Operations teams to address
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses supporting product launches, customer targeting, field planning, and other
• Evaluate brand performance and field force effectiveness using relevant commercial KPIs and

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 10+ years of experience in commercial pharmaceutical or biotech analytics
• Strong exposure to Brand, Sales, Field Leadership, or Commercial Operations support
• Proven expertise in commercial pharma analytics
• Advanced SQL skills
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools
• Python or R experience (preferred)
