📋 Description

• Own internal operating infrastructure for DNA teams.
• Build dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility.
• Own operational workstreams within DNA initiatives.
• Design AI-native workflows to automate repetitive work.
• Build and run onboarding and enablement infrastructure for DNA.
• Scale what works into shared standards, playbooks, and templates.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data operations or related role.
• Deep fluency with AI in workflows; familiarity with Claude.
• Experience with Tableau, Sigma, Snowflake, Atlan.
• Strong operational judgment; bias toward simple scalable solutions.
• High data fluency; define metrics and instrument systems.
• Strong systems thinking; distinguish process vs structure.
• Clear, direct communication; influence across teams and leadership.
