Data Center Lease Analyst

📋 Description

• Manage data center, real estate, and equipment lease portfolios.
• Ensure ASC 842 compliance and data integrity in the lease system.
• Abstract complex lease agreements and amendments.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable and Operations for expense approvals.
• Interact with landlords to resolve billing disputes.
• Perform desk audits of operating expense statements.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of corporate lease administration experience.
• Strong ASC 842 and lease accounting knowledge.
• Ability to abstract lease agreements and amendments.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in processing rent invoices and OpEx reconciliations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
