Data Center Operations Analyst - Mainframe Operations

📋 Description

• Deliver highly client focused support service in shared/dedicated support environment
• Resolve complex technical client incidents and problems on Mission Critical infrastructure
• Provide Mainframe Operations support for system and customer batch processing
• Perform system and online monitoring, batch ABEND & recovery and system restarts
• Interact with internal and external customers directly regarding system and batch related requests
• Check each system for outstanding messages and batch abends on a regular basis

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Mainframe Operations
• Strong knowledge on Mainframe Operations: Batch monitoring, Console Operations, Ad hoc job
• Extensive work on scheduling tools: OPC / CA7 / ZEKE / Control-M / ESP for production/batch
• Strong knowledge in Console Operations and experience in complex Sysplex environment
• Ability to provide 2nd level support for system and online monitoring, batch ABEND & recovery
• Strong knowledge on MVS, VTAM, JCL, IPL, HMC Concepts, TSO, JES2, CICS, TAPE, SDSF
