Data Center Operations Business Systems Manager

📋 Description

• Lead DC Ops business systems initiatives from kickoff to deployment.
• Interface DC Ops with IT, Systems Engineering, and EA teams.
• Translate ops needs into specs; drive cross-functional alignment.
• Own change mgmt, training, and adoption for tools.
• Govern DCIM, ITSM/Jira, CMMS, asset management platforms.
• Define workflows, data models, and governance for core processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in business systems/IT analysis or tech PM; 3+ years in data center ops.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Business.
• Hands-on with DCIM, CMMS, ITSM/Jira, project controls, and asset mgmt.
• Strong cross-functional leadership; can write PRDs and run vendor demos.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, data models, and SQL.
• Experience delivering end-to-end system implementations and change mgmt.
