Data Center Operations Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end programs to scale CoreWeave's data center infra.
• Own the DC Ops roadmap and timely milestone delivery.
• Resolve bottlenecks in hardware logistics and facility readiness.
• Serve as primary contact for program health with data-driven updates to leadership.
• Establish SOPs for global consistency and risk mitigation.
• Balance hands-on work with portfolio-level coordination.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of program/project management in complex technical environments.
• Direct experience in data center, infrastructure, or hyperscale operations.
• Proven experience managing multiple, simultaneous, cross-functional programs.
• Experience delivering executive-level program status, risk, and performance updates.
• Fluency in project management tools such as Asana or Jira.
• Demonstrated experience establishing processes and driving execution in high-growth, fast-paced operational environments.
