Data Center Technician

📋 Description

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex hardware failures on mission-critical storage, network
• Perform break-fix on servers of any type, including server migrations such as moving drives into a
• Deploy servers and network devices — switches, load balancers, and related infrastructure —
• Own inventory and logistics, receiving equipment from OEMs in Workday, shipping equipment out
• Manage and prioritize the ticket queue to meet Service Level Agreements with business partners

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a data center environment, working tickets independently and
• Experience supporting enterprise customers in an operations environment with clear verbal and
• Intermediate skills in two or more: Linux and/or Windows systems administration, networking
• Intermediate experience with IT hardware concepts: RAID, storage, hardware diagnostics and repair
• Working knowledge of core OS services (SSH, Telnet, RDP, FTP, NFS, DNS, DHCP, LDAP), remote
• Familiarity with ITSM concepts such as ITIL 4 and Agile methodologies, rack and power optimization
