📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of the electrical package including contractor design, procurement, contract
• Lead a safety-first culture to achieve zero accidents on projects.
• Review and comment on design information in collaboration with the engineering team to ensure
• Support value engineering and optimisation initiatives.
• Collaborate on procurement strategy and process, and evaluate contractor tender returns.
• Conduct weekly audits of method statements and risk assessments.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in delivering general contractor or developer roles for data centre
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget with exemplary safety
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Degree or equivalent in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related
• Applicable Safety for Managers training.
