📋 Description

• Drive execution of SEEK's Data Enablement strategy into measurable initiatives
• Shape solutions to improve data discoverability, usability, and trust
• Design capabilities like data discovery tools, metadata frameworks, semantic layers, and glossaries
• Strengthen data ownership, stewardship, and data as a product practices with domain teams
• Identify opportunities to improve data health, accessibility, and user experience
• Support adoption of metadata, quality, and lifecycle controls with governance partners

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in data enablement, analytics, or data platforms in complex environments
• Strong understanding of modern data ecosystems, architecture patterns, and semantic layers
• Ability to engage analysts, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders
• Experience improving data discoverability, metadata, or self-serve analytics at scale
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills without direct authority
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
