๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Own day-to-day and strategic relationship with enterprise clients in data & analytics.
  • Translate complex outputs into business value aligned to KPIs & execs.
  • Run regular client check-ins, QBRs, and roadmap sessions to surface opportunities.
  • Oversee delivery with onshore/offshore teams to ensure on-time, in-scope engagements.
  • Act as single point of contact, ensuring clear communication across client teams.
  • Identify and pursue organic growth within existing accounts (new workstreams, expanded scope, upsell).

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years in client-facing roles (account mgmt, digital consulting, analytics).
  • Proven track record growing accounts and managing senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with budgets, SOWs, renewals, and upsell.
  • Familiar with GA4 and Adobe Analytics; DV360/CM360.
  • Excellent communicator translating technical concepts into business language.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with onshore and offshore teams.
  • Experience with enterprise procurement processes and complex billing.
  • Cloud exposure (GCP, AWS) or data engineering concepts.
  • Experience with MarTech/data platforms (AEP, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) desirable.
