Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Data Platform Infrastructure: Build and maintain the Terraform and Python that provision our
• Governance and Access Control: Implement and automate the controls that keep our data platform
• Self-Service Infrastructure Tooling: Build the automation and applications that let teams
• Data Movement at Scale: Use Python and Spark to build and maintain the pipelines and frameworks
• Reliability and Support: Perform incident resolution and root cause analysis on critical outages
• Process Improvement: Identify, design, and implement improvements to how the data platform runs

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on data engineering, analytics
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, familiarity with medallion architecture (bronze/silver/gold) or
• Experience provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure with Terraform or similar tooling.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and with Databricks or a comparable Spark-based platform.
• Understanding of access control, data privacy, or compliance requirements in a data context, and an
• Experience as a key contributor on medium to large data or infrastructure projects, from ideation
