Data Governance Analyst

📋 Description

• Execute day-to-day maintenance and updates of account hierarchy relationships in Salesforce, with
• Investigate and resolve flagged duplicate account and contact records using data-quality tooling
• Research and validate parent-child account relationships to support a single, accurate
• Maintain clear, audit-ready documentation for every hierarchy change and deduplication action
• Perform OFAC/sanctions screening on in-process deals and channel-sourced opportunities in line with
• Complete screening as early as possible in the opportunity management process and always before

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in data governance, data quality, or Salesforce data operations.
• Direct, hands-on experience with the Salesforce account/contact data model.
• Familiarity with data quality/deduplication tooling (e.g., Openprise, Data.com, Cloudingo
• Basic familiarity with OFAC/sanctions screening processes, or a strong ability to quickly learn
• Detail-oriented and comfortable operating within SLAs and a controls-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated interest in applying AI/automation tools to data quality or operations workflows.
