📋 Description

• Implement and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and best practices across
• Drive data quality initiatives, including defining controls, monitoring KPIs, and coordinating
• Establish and support data ownership, stewardship, metadata management, and data lineage processes.
• Partner with business, technology, risk, and compliance stakeholders to ensure effective governance
• Facilitate governance forums, stakeholder engagement, and training to promote data governance
• Support audit, regulatory, and enterprise data transformation initiatives through strong data

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or data quality within financial
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, metadata management, and data lineage
• Experience defining data strategies, target-state operating models, data capabilities, and
• Familiarity with data enablement process and delivering different strategies for refinement and
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience within Banking, Financial Services, Consulting, or other highly regulated environments
