📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end client data exchange lifecycle: discovery, mapping, testing, cutover, steady
• Formally own data quality standards across completeness, timeliness, and accuracy for all assigned
• Lead client technical workshops to elicit requirements, clarify business rules and use cases, and
• Translate client needs into functional requirements and design specifications.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline. (In lieu of a
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare data integration, PBM/health plan data exchange, or related
• Proven expertise in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with dashboarding tools or Python for data analysis (e.g., validation frameworks
• Flexibility to support on-call rotations and time-critical deliverables when required.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
