Data Operations - Distribution Data Enablement Lead

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary analytics partner for Distribution performance, LP insights, and investor economics
• Lead evolution of the Performance Analytics function to cross-asset Distribution analytics
• Build analytical models, Python based data apps, automation, and self-service tools for scalable insights
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis, performance insights, scenarios, investor analytics, and senior reporting
• Build reusable models to test fund performance under scenarios
• Develop LP level analytics across asset classes including investor performance and economics

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in investment analytics and related fields
• Deep understanding of private markets metrics (IRR, MOIC, TVPI, DPI, PME) and LP reporting
• Cross-asset analytics across private equity, credit, real assets
• Experience with hypothetical and scenario analysis including deal inclusion/exclusion and co-investment impact
• Strong LP analytics knowledge incl investor exposure, capital activity, and economics
• Hands-on Python and SQL with scalable tooling; Snowflake/Databricks preferred
