Data Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Oversee the timely, accurate, and compliant execution of all enrollment production data and data
• Execute and monitor operational activities requiring US business-hour coverage, including
• Coordinate with the offshore Data Operations Lead to align workloads, schedules, risks, and
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex production issues, leading troubleshooting
• Develop, maintain, implement, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and
• Review and validate critical processes and outputs, identify recurring quality issues, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Healthcare, Information Systems
• At least 7 years of experience in a related field, including demonstrated ownership of production
• Experience in at least two of the following areas is preferred: healthcare operations, healthcare
• Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred, particularly experience with healthcare claims
• Previous experience working with offshore or globally distributed teams is strongly preferred.
• ITIL certification or progress toward relevant certification is highly desirable.

• Annual base salary range of $120,000–$135,000 USD, depending on skills, experience, qualifications
