📋 Description

• Own and advance Extreme's strategy for identity governance across human and AI identities.
• Lead Data Loss Prevention (DLP) program enterprise-wide to protect data and reduce exposure.
• Design and operate an IGA program covering human, service account, and AI agent identities.
• Establish lifecycle management for AI identities, provisioning, reviews, and decommissioning.
• Implement least privilege and zero-trust principles across identity types.
• Partner with AI platforms and engineering to embed security controls into deployment pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing and operating identity governance programs, including non-human
• Demonstrated expertise in enterprise DLP tooling and policy development.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence stakeholders without direct
• Experience with AI/ML security, LLM-based agents, APIs, and automation pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; executive-level reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent
