• Identify target employee populations by applying filters in HR systems, considering employment

• Project daily work schedules based on shift-cycle logic, ensuring that expected schedules
• Apply data exclusion and eligibility rules to ensure that only relevant and valid records are

🎯 Requirements

• A completed bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification in a technology-related
• Strong Python skills, including data manipulation, automation, and the development of analytical
• Proficiency in SQL for extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from relational databases.
• Knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques applied to data analysis and
