📋 Description

• Set and align priorities with stakeholders across Autonomy, maintaining provisional three-, six-
• Work with technical leads and senior engineers to review technical proposals and designs
• Monitor delivery status and cadence, surface schedule risks early, and manage trade-offs with
• Grow the team by hiring and onboarding data scientists, investing in tooling and automation
• Guide career-growth conversations and build progression pathways
• Build cross-functional relationships to keep the team close to its customers

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years managing a team of 5+ individual contributors
• Track record of growing and maintaining high-performing teams
• Strong data science foundation including causal-inference methods
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships
• Experience setting technical direction and reviewing designs
• Comfortable planning and communicating roadmaps
