Lead risk-based and continuous data review strategies from start-up to lock.
Triage data quality standards and drive site-level actions.
Interpret clinical and operational data to develop data-driven recommendations.
Manage study data flow and triage issues from EDC to SDTM mapping.
Coach and mentor team members.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, MIS, computer science, life sciences or equivalent.
6+ years pharma/clinical research/data management or 8+ years project management experience.
In-depth understanding of clinical trial processes and clinical technology.
Demonstrated ability to influence others without direct authority.
Demonstrated effective analytical skills.
Demonstrated effective communication skills.
