Act as single point of contact and accountable operational lead from DSS
Use operational analytics and project management tools to optimize execution
Ensure adherence to regulations, GCPs, ICH Guidelines, and AbbVie SOPs
Oversee vendors and provide feedback on clinical trial operations
Coach and mentor team members, lead process improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, MIS, computer science, life sciences or equivalent
8+ years pharma/clinical research/data management or 10+ years project management
In-depth understanding of clinical trial processes and clinical technology
Demonstrated cross-functional leader and ability to influence others
Effective communication and analytical skills
