• Python for data analysis and modeling; SQL required.
• Knowledge of market structure: order books, liquidity, and design tradeoffs.
• End-to-end analyses ownership with actionable results.
• Track record of building models that capture real complexity and explain assumptions.
• Comfortable in a non-data team with self-directed priorities.
• Bonus: experience at a prediction market platform or trading firm.
