Data Services Reports & Insights Analyst

📋 Description

• Build, analyze, and optimize operational and financial reports, dashboards, filters, and custom
• Help customers translate raw property data into actionable business insights that support
• Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies and investigate data issues before they become customer-facing
• Coach and guide customers on interpreting key hospitality performance metrics, including ADR
• Respond to customer reporting questions through written communication and video-based coaching
• Work closely with Product, Onboarding, Support, and Customer Success teams to resolve reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Direct experience working with hotel Property Management Systems, channel managers, hospitality
• Previous client-facing experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success, or Tier 2/3
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs
• Strong understanding of basic data management concepts, including data mapping, parsing
• Familiarity with BI or reporting environments involving dashboards, filters, custom reports, and
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a methodical approach to investigating
