Data Services Reports & Insights Analyst

📋 Description

• Build, analyze, and optimize reports across the PMS reporting suite
• Troubleshoot report discrepancies before they become customer frustrations
• Coach hoteliers on reading metrics such as ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and channel performance
• Refine reports and answer customer questions via calls and emails
• Partner closely with Product, Onboarding, Support, and Customer Success teams to improve data

🎯 Requirements

• Hospitality tech background with direct experience using Hotel Property Management Systems, channel
• Client-facing expertise: proven track record in onboarding, implementation, or Tier 2/3 technical
• Advanced spreadsheet proficiency: power-user in Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables
• Analytical mindset with understanding of data management principles, data mapping, parsing, and
• Meticulous attention to detail when handling sensitive historical, financial, and guest records
• Remote-first readiness: tech-savvy with cloud-based workflows and reliable high-speed internet
