📋 Description

• Build, analyze, and optimize reports across Cloudbeds' PMS reporting suite
• Troubleshoot discrepancies before they become customer frustrations
• Coach hoteliers on how to read metrics like ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and channel performance with
• Answer customer questions on calls or emails to help shape how hospitality businesses understand

🎯 Requirements

• Experience inside hotels and property management systems
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency (pivot tables, formulas)
• Experience with BI or reporting tools involving dashboards, filters, and custom reports
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Detail-oriented and adaptable to shifting priorities
• Ability to solve reporting discrepancies
