📋 Description

• Validate, test, tune, and optimize transaction monitoring and filtering programs.
• Collaborate with AML Surveillance, engineering, and data teams to evaluate model logic and data
• Calibrate models to meet regulatory requirements across domestic/international lines of business.
• Explain model risk and performance to cross-functional partners; support remediation of issues.
• Lead data validation and change management for covered systems and solutions.
• Champion AI tools and automation to improve daily productivity and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical/financial field.
• 5+ years in AML/financial crime or risk management; focus on model validation or surveillance
• 3+ years validating AML rule-based systems and ML models; knowledge of Model Risk Management
• Proficiency in SQL; experience with Python or R for data analysis and model evaluation.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners; ability to
