Data & Student Support Manager

📋 Description

• Serves as an in-house expert on data platforms, assessment tools, and reporting systems
• Manages and maintains data platforms, including setup, syncing, cleaning, updating, and monitoring
• Creates and maintains rosters, trackers, templates, and schedules to support accurate and timely
• Coordinates and schedules administration of all academic assessments (NYSTP, iReady, ARA, etc.)
• Orders, organizes, and ensures accessibility of all assessment materials
• Supports School Leadership Team as they review, analyze, and present formative and summative

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• New York State Special Education certification required
• 2 years of experience in data management, compliance coordination, or student services in a K–12
• Demonstrated knowledge of IEP compliance requirements, ENL/ELL regulations, and RTI frameworks
• Strong proficiency with student information systems (e.g., PowerSchool), assessment platforms
• Experience managing or maintaining compliance documentation and reporting to external agencies
