DC Operator II (Onsite)

📋 Description

• Process and ship outbound orders using Axon's warehouse management system
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with company procedures, customer
• Assist with order picking, staging, and material movement as operational needs require
• Receive incoming materials, verify shipments, and accurately place inventory into designated
• Perform inventory transactions in the warehouse management system and maintain accurate records of
• Support cycle counts, physical inventory counts, stock reconciliations, and other inventory-control

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, logistics, or
• Ability to use or quickly learn warehouse management systems, inventory systems, and basic computer
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, behavioral commitment to accurate order
• Clear communication skills and the ability to remain flexible and make sound decisions
• A proactive, motivated mindset with willingness to learn and adapt
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, security, quality, and compliance in a warehouse setting
