DC Outbound Lead (Onsite)

📋 Description

• Oversee outbound shipping operations to ensure orders are shipped accurately and delivered on time.
• Use shipping software to track, prioritize, verify, and route orders.
• Oversee the flow of packages from preparation through shipment.
• Verify picked orders to ensure quantities and items are accurate.
• Ensure sensitive materials are stored securely and correctly within the warehouse.
• Maintain secure and proper staging of freight shipments.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2–3 years of outbound warehouse or distribution center experience supporting manufacturing or
• Previous shipping experience and strong knowledge of logistics and shipping procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 51 pounds and safely operate a forklift
