📋 Description

• Lead and manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate flow of goods across
• Train, coach, and support team members to build capability and improve performance.
• Promote accountability through clear expectations, feedback, and hands-on leadership.
• Encourage open communication, team learning, and recognition of individual strengths.

🎯 Requirements

• Good operational DC inbound and outbound experience across Online and Retail
• Hands-on approach for pragmatic day-to-day workflow management and problem resolution
• Good understanding of warehouse management system
• Knowledgeable in operational inbound/outbound logistics standards, as well as department
• Experience in formal HR processes
• Strong communication and coordination skills
